Lets face it, pregnancy, labor and delivery can be confusing. Whether your pregnancy is a surprise or a dream come true, there are always the ‘What if’s’. My job as your doula is to help you navigate those ‘What if’s’ in a way that allows you to open up and be prepared for ANYTHING you may face.
My goal is to provide you with Evidence Based information to help you and your partner make the best decision for your family, along with coping mechanisms and comfort measures to help you work through the twists and turns of Labor and Delivery.
I believe in teaching my clients in a way that prepares them for the real and raw introduction to parenthood.

Where do you want to give birth? How do you want to labor? How do you want to deliver your baby? When you close your eyes and think of your labor and delivery; what do you see? What do you smell? What do you hear? How do you feel?
This is where I come in. I work closely with my clients to ensure that they get as CLOSE to their ideal envisioned birth as possible, within their chosen place of birth amenities; whether it’s at a hospital, free standing birth center, or in the comfort of your own home.
